CGP: Credit & Collections Manager (Interim)

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking an Interim Credit Collections Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $55.00 to $60.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities:Evaluate customer credit profiles and determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.Monitor outstanding accounts and implement proactive collection strategies to reduce overdue balances.Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve disputes while maintaining positive client relationships.Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and all applicable legal and regulatory standards.Prepare and present detailed reports on aging trends, risk exposure, and collection performance to leadership. Requirements:Ability to analyze financial statements and credit data to assess risk accurately.Strong skills in developing and enforcing credit and collection policies to minimize bad debt.Experience in leading process improvements and leveraging automation for efficiency.Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve credit-related issues and support customer satisfaction.Proficiency in using ERP systems, credit management tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; advanced certifications or MBA.5+ years of experience managing credit and collections, ideally in wholesale or distribution sectors.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve departmental goals effectively.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of interpreting complex financial data.REF #51350
