This role sits at the intersection of legal, business, and production, supporting a high volume of deals while keeping teams organized, prepared, and on track.You're not starting from zero, but you're still early enough in your career to want more hands-on experience. You've had some exposure to contracts, production, or business operations, and you're ready to take on more responsibility. Driven by creativity, collaboration, and excellence, Omaha Productions is passionate about producing impactful content that connects people and makes a lasting impression.What You'll DoDraft and manage a high volume of contracts, focusing on standard agreements and production-related documentsManage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, including tracking key deal terms, deadlines, and obligationsSupport production teams by ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place before shootsMaintain contract trackers and systems with accurate, up-to-date information and clear visibility across teamsStep in where needed to solve problems, follow up on loose ends, and take ownership of the operational details that keep projects movingWhat You'll BringExperience drafting and negotiating agreements such as sponsorship, commercial, MSA, SOW, and production-related contracts, including talent agreements, location releases, and production services agreementsStrong understanding of basic contract structure and terminology, with the ability to work from templates and identify when to escalate questions or issuesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work and keep track of multiple moving pieces without letting anything slipA proactive, resourceful mindset.
