This position performs a full range of duties assigned including the more complex repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment. Occasional instruction or assistance is needed as new or unusual situations arise.This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 to $23.00.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingEVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadlineResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair Coliseum Complex facilities and buildings including carpentry, masonry, electrical, welding, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and mechanical work.Install electrical power, internet and a variety of other needs as requested during show setup and event.Install, adjust, repair, and inspect heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment including forced air furnaces, boilers, water pumps, chillers, air conditioning units, exhaust fans, air filters, compressors, cooling towers and heat exchangers.Install, repair, and replace electrical lighting systems, plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets and pipes, light bulbs, ballasts and lights; clear any obstructions from water and sewer lines.Operate, maintain and repair a variety of mechanical tools and equipment. Read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Valid Driver's License.2-4 years of work experience in building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural and general carpentry).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, climb a ladder and walk the entire shift.Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
