Information Technology Program Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of strategic IT initiatives within the CAO organization. This role goes beyond traditional project management by managing multiple concurrent projects, tracking budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring successful program execution across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial governance skills while driving project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Job Title: IT Program ManagerLocation: Austin, TX Locals Preferred.Work Mode: 100% OnsiteWork Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of multiple IT projects across the organization.Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through successful delivery.Monitor project budgets, forecasts, actual expenditures, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project schedules, and status reports.Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely execution.Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategiesFacilitate governance meetings, project reviews, and executive status updates.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Manage both infrastructure and application-related IT initiatives.Drive continuous process improvements and project management best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fiels.8+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects within an enterprise environment.Strong expertise in project budgeting, financial forecasting, and portfolio management.Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.Preferred Qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.Scrum Master Certification is a plus.Experience delivering projects using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.Experience managing infrastructure and enterprise application projects.Technology-agnostic background (SAP and Non-SAP environment.Nice to Have:Experience in large enterprise organizations.Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Experience managing digital transformation or infrastructure modernization initiatives.
