Business Process Specialist
Job Description:Responsible for the acquisition, growth and maintenance of HireRight's data sources Ensures the data sources are consistent with HireRight quality standards Provide accurate, timely, and professional feedback related to evaluation and analysis of the data sources Understand HireRight's systems and departmental processes Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight's competitive advantage Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control Interact with team members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary. Requirements:Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Bachelor's or Criminal Justice Degree preferred Prior documentation and research experience Training experience a plus Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required Proper verbal communication skills are required Experience managing multiple projects and changing priorities Purchasing or supply chain experience a plus.
