The ideal candidate should possess analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and be highly organized. The position will report to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare journal entries and supporting documents according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and prepare respective financial reports, including reconciliations of various G/L accountsResponsible for appropriate month-end and quarter-end accrualsPerform monthly bank reconciliations for Corporate and Production accountsAssist with processing accounts payable bills and preparing accounts receivable invoicesRecommend improvements to current accounting processes to enhance and streamline department workflowsPrepare documentation and supporting information for financial audits and tax complianceAssist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessarySkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredMinimum 1 - 3 years of accounting experience, in entertainment industry preferredExperience with NetSuite is a plusKnowledge of US GAAPStrong proficiency with ExcelAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with superior attention to detailStrong communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formatsMust be flexible and willing to take on any additional tasks as neededMust have a positive attitude and be willing to learn new thingsJob BenefitsLIFE AT FULWELL ENTERTAINMENTFulwell believes that each team member contributes significantly to our success.
