Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Recommend menu items and upsell beverages or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and operate cashiering systems including OpenTable for reservations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food preparation when needed Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest health and safety Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong culinary knowledge combined with excellent food handling skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Effective time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest experience Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is a plus but not required Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Knowledge of sanitation standards, food safety practices, and proper food preparation techniques Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Background in hospitality or food service industries preferred but not mandatory Join us as a Server and become part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
