Team members are encouraged to model wellness-oriented behaviors and contribute to a positive, inclusive client experience.\n Role Description The Wellness Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Livermore. This position is responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointments, and guiding guests through their sauna sessions to ensure safety, comfort, and a high-quality experience. Daily tasks include explaining wellness services, answering client questions, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and supporting studio operations such as check-in, check-out, and product or membership inquiries. The Wellness Coordinator will also assist with basic wellness education, promote studio offerings, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, client-centered service.\n Qualifications\n\n Strong foundation in Health & Wellness and Wellness concepts, with an interest in sauna-based and holistic practices.\n Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional client experience.\n Clear and empathetic Communication skills for explaining services, answering questions, and providing guidance to diverse clients.\n Experience or education in Health Promotion, such as encouraging healthy habits, lifestyle changes, or wellness program participation.\n Ability to work on-site in Livermore, including evenings or weekends as needed.\n Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to cleanliness and safety standards in a client-facing environment.\n Comfort using basic computer systems or booking software; prior experience in a spa, fitness, or wellness setting is beneficial.\n High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in wellness, fitness, or health-related fields is a plus.\n
