Technical Program Manager
Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end release management and cross-functional programs that connect engineering, product, and field teams. You’ll design lightweight processes that keep a scaling organization aligned, and you’ll leverage automation and AI to improve status tracking and dependency analysis. Compensation / Benefitscompetitive base salary$190,000-$220,000 base pay range
ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end release management: coordinate SDLC from product definition to production deployment, map dependencies, set cadence, identify risks, and escalate as deadlines approachLead cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and technical field; scope, sequence, and drive to outcomesInternal engineering communications: provide status updates and executive briefings; establish cadence for informing the orgDesign lightweight processes that ensure alignment without adding bureaucracyIdentify automation opportunities, partner with engineers to implement, and apply AI to status tracking, documentation, and dependency analysis
