Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in person Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Assist customers with sales-related questions, product information, and service options to promote positive engagement. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Requirements Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively. Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Ability to perform outbound calling with confidence while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Experience in sales, client services, or cash handling is advantageous but not required.
