W. Hastings Hospital under the Cherokee Nation. The therapist will be responsible for assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders in a clinical setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform respiratory therapy procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocolsAssess, monitor, and evaluate patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditionsAdminister oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator supportOperate and maintain respiratory care equipment, including ventilators and diagnostic devicesRespond to emergency situations, including code blue and rapid response callsEducate patients and families on respiratory care, treatments, and disease managementMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare regulationsCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequired QualificationsActive Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certificationValid state licensure (as applicable)Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (ACLS preferred)Minimum 1–2 years of recent clinical respiratory therapy experienceStrong knowledge of respiratory care procedures, equipment, and protocolsAbility to work in a fast-paced clinical environmentAbout Encode INCAt Encode, we empower organizations and individuals through innovative, human-centric workforce and technology solutions.
