Production Supervisor Production Supervisor Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain quality standards, and lead a team of operators to achieve production goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to maximize efficiency and output. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product standards. Train and develop team members in production best practices and safety procedures. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste. Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges efficiently. Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance metrics. Qualifications Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment. Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analysis. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing machinery. Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in production. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
