The Fleet Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all fleet operations adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Daily duties include managing compliance documentation, monitoring vehicle inspections as well as electronic logs, ensuring adherence to legal standards, coordinating with internal teams, and providing training to staff on compliance and safety procedures. The individual will also analyze operational data to identify and mitigate risks, while maintaining comprehensive records for audits and reporting.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal ComplianceExcellent Analytical Skills to assess and resolve compliance-related challengesEffective Communication skills for collaboration and trainingDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilitiesFamiliarity with fleet management software and tools is beneficialBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field is preferredProven experience in fleet compliance or a related role
