This role is perfect for someone who leads with confidence, clarity, and a strong design point of view.The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience and a passion for guiding complex, design‑driven workplace projects from early strategy through final delivery. You’ll manage scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; and serve as the primary client liaison to ensure exceptional outcomes.This position is built for a strategic, detail‑oriented leader who excels in team coordination, client communication, and maintaining design excellence throughout every phase of a project. Success in this role means anticipating challenges, elevating collaboration, and delivering workplace environments that make a meaningful impact.What You’ll LeadFull project management across scope, schedule, budget, and team coordinationClient communication, relationship building, and issue resolutionStrategic planning, work plans, staffing, and fee developmentTechnical oversight including BIM, documentation quality, code compliance, and specificationsCross‑discipline coordination with designers, consultants, and operationsMentorship and support for junior team membersTools & ExpertiseAdvanced Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, VRay, Adobe Suite, and environmental analysis toolsStrong understanding of life safety requirements, contract documents, construction administration, and project closeoutAbility to manage projects using Deltek or similar systemsCredentialsBachelor’s degree in interiors, architecture, or related fieldLEED GA within 6 months; additional Living Design accreditations encouragedInterior design licensure preferredSalary commensurate with experience and bonus is performance based.
