Job DescriptionJob TitleData Analytics EngineerOverview / SummaryWe are seeking a data analytics professional to support ADAS feature analysis by transforming large-scale vehicle and testing data into actionable insights. This role focuses on data engineering, analytics, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration within a cloud-based big data environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience with BigQuery and modern data transformation tools, and the ability to communicate complex findings through data storytelling and dashboards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data transformation workflows using SQL and Dataform or similar tools within the GCP/BigQuery ecosystemBuild and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale datasetsAnalyze ADAS performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunitiesCreate and maintain dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BITranslate technical data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersSupport data quality, validation, and testing processes to ensure accurate reportingCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytics solutionsUtilize AI-assisted development tools to support code generation, SQL debugging, and documentationContribute to rapid prototyping of data models and reporting solutionsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeMinimum 1 year of Data Analytics experienceAdvanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, window functions, CTEs, and nested data structuresExperience with Google BigQuery and large-scale data processingUnderstanding of query performance optimization techniquesFamiliarity with modern data warehouse design patterns and ETL/ELT pipelinesExperience with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BIStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Dataform or dbtExperience with Python, including Pandas and NumPyExperience with data analytics dashboards, business intelligence, data governance, and testingFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub CopilotWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
