The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Teams-based communication and conferencing solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and deploy video conferencing devices and meeting room systemsManage and support Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cloud Video Interop (CVI) integrationsPerform resource account configuration and management within Microsoft TeamsConduct meeting log analysis and troubleshoot collaboration issuesSet up and analyze Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) to monitor performance and user experienceUtilize Power Platform tools for automation and reporting where applicableCollaborate with networking teams to support connectivity, VoIP, and performance optimizationIntegrate third-party and internal applications using Microsoft APIs and servicesSupport overall Teams infrastructure operations, ensuring reliability and scalabilityRequired Skills & Qualifications:Microsoft Teams certification (e.g., Teams Administrator or equivalent)Strong experience with Teams collaboration infrastructureHands-on expertise in MTR, CVI, and enterprise video solutionsProficiency in PowerShell, Power Platform, and Microsoft APIsSolid understanding of networking concepts (VoIP, latency, bandwidth, SIP)Experience with troubleshooting and performance monitoring toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
