Our US fulfillment operation plays a critical role in ensuring customers across the United States receive their orders accurately, on time, and to Bomber LD USA's quality standards.About the Role:The Fulfillment Associate is a hands-on role responsible for executing daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things the right way.This role offers opportunities for growth into operational leadership roles as Bomber LD USA Inc. continues to scale across North America.Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & ShippingPick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficientlyVerify product SKUs, sizes, quantities, and packaging requirementsPrepare shipments for outbound carrier pickupsMeet daily shipping cut-off times and fulfillment performance targetsInventory & Warehouse OperationsReceive inbound inventory and perform accurate countsOrganize, label, and store inventory according to company standardsAssist with cycle counts and periodic inventory auditsIdentify and report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepanciesQuality, Safety & ProcessFollow established standard operating procedures (SOPs)Maintain Bomber LD USA presentation and quality standards for all shipmentsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeComply with all applicable workplace health and safety requirementsTeam & Systems SupportWork collaboratively with fulfillment and operations team membersAssist with returns processing and restockingAccurately use order management systems, scanners, and warehouse toolsSupport peak seasons, promotions, and new product launchesQualifications & Requirements:Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an asset but not requiredAbility to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and remain on your feet for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systemsReliable, punctual, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent scheduling and stable work environmentClear expectations, training, and growth opportunitiesEmployee discounts on Bomber LD productsOpportunity to grow with an expanding North American brandWhy Work at Bomber LD USA Inc.At Bomber LD USA Inc., operations matter.
