General Ledger Accountant

Position: Senior General Ledger Accountant (HYBRID)Fuse3 Solutions is partnered with a great company to help find a strong Senior General Ledger Accountant. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records through journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesMaintain general ledger and sub-ledgers for assigned clientsPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statementsSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesAnalyze account activity, research variances, and review operational reportsMaintain fixed asset and oil and gas property recordsServe as a primary accounting contact for clientsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting issuesAssist with audit, tax, and compliance requestsFollow company systems, policies, and proceduresContribute to process improvement and automation initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred8+ years of oil and gas accounting experienceStrong knowledge of general ledger accounting and GAAPAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportingKnowledge of fixed assets and property accountingPay range for the Senior Accountant is $90k-$110k/year based on experience.To see this and other jobs please visit: http://fuse3solutions.com/
