Final Assembly Mechanic

Allied Systems Company, an award-winning heavy equipment manufacturing company located in Sherwood, Oregon, has an immediate career opening for a Final Assembly Mechanic. What you will do: This person will build, assemble, install, and repair Allied Systems Products such as Winch, Logstackers, Chip Dozers, Marine Cranes, Long Reach Forklift Attachments, and Balers. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience installing assemblies in a supportive framework according to blueprints. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications. Ability to rig loads with jib cranes, chains, ropes, and overhead cranes. Must be able to inspect assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications. Ability to adapt and work across multiple product lines as necessary. Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Nice to have tools, but they are not required: 3/8 and 1/2" drive socket wrenches open-end wrenches up to 2" screwdrivers Allen wrenches hammers pliers tri square nut drivers offset wrenches die grinder impacts Excellent benefits.
