Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Title Closer will serve as the contact and close the transaction with the customer. Must have excellent customer service skills. MUST have a book of business.3 years minimum experienceExamine title documents and clear title requirementsPrepare Closing Disclosure statements/HUDS, title affadavits and other required documents necessary for closingCollect and deposit escrowsWire transfersPerform closings with clients, explaining documents thoroughlyPerform any and all clerical and administrative duties required for the proper execution of respective job dutiesPerform general office functions, as neededSoftware skills necessary to provide services identified aboveMust have a FLorida notaryMust have a Florida title licencseHigh stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environmentAbility to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skillsThe position requires related experience working in external relationship managementStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibilityStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentSelf-driven individual, ability to work with minimal directionIf this is the type of position you see yourself transitioning into, please contact julie.gross@gogpac.com or 605-705-6836.
