Project Coordinator
Project Management RoleTo execute project or service activities across a defined scope with growing autonomy, managing assigned deliverables and contributing to the successful delivery of client outcomes. The role applies subject matter knowledge to resolve standard problems, supports coordination of activities, and acts as a reliable contributor within delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery ExecutionManage assigned project or operational activities end-to-end within defined scopeEnsure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards and requirementsPlanning & CoordinationSupport development and maintenance of project plans and schedulesCoordinate activities across stakeholders and workstreamsStakeholder CommunicationAct as point of contact for assigned tasks or stakeholdersCommunicate progress, risks, and issues clearlyIssue ResolutionIdentify and resolve standard problems using existing guidelinesEscalate complex issues appropriatelyProcess ContributionContribute to improving processes and tools within the teamSupport onboarding of new team members when requiredKey RequirementsTechnical SkillsSolid working knowledge within own disciplineAbility to apply guidelines and policies to varied situationsProficiency in relevant tools and systems (e.g. planning, reporting tools)Communication & Stakeholder ManagementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with stakeholders across teams and functionsCapability to clearly present updates, risks and issuesOperational & Delivery SkillsAbility to manage workload and deliver outputs with moderate autonomyStrong coordination and prioritisation skillsAbility to manage small client portfolios or project workstreamsProblem Solving & Analytical ThinkingAbility to analyse and resolve standard operational problemsApplies judgment within defined frameworksUses data and insights to support decisionsCollaboration & Team ContributionContributes to team effectiveness and supports others when neededShares knowledge and supports onboarding activitiesExperience: 3–5 years relevant experience; performs a range of straightforward assignments, resolves problems using prescribed guidelines with moderate guidance. Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Project qualifications.
