Maintenance Technician
We are actively hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This is a highly skilled role focused on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance across the facility.Available Shifts & Compensation1) Monday – Friday (Night Shift)Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AMPay: $35–$45/hourShift Premium: +$1/hour2) Weekend ShiftHours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AMPay: $35–$45/hourSchedule Perk: Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 (as long as full schedule is completed)Position OverviewThe Maintenance Technician provides hands-on mechanical, electrical, and technical support across production and facility equipment. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance and a commitment to safety, reliability, and uptime.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repair on production and facility equipmentTroubleshoot electrical control systems and mechanical issuesConduct preventative maintenance and equipment inspectionsUtilize shop tools, machining equipment, and diagnostic instrumentsInterpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersFabricate and repair parts as neededMaintain accurate documentation and complete work ordersPrioritize tasks and meet production timelinesCollaborate with production and maintenance teamsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong experience with electrical control systems and troubleshootingProven ability to repair industrial manufacturing equipmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work overtime as neededComfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environmentPreferred SkillsPLC troubleshooting experienceHydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledgeWork Environment & Physical RequirementsRegular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and liftingMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionallyExposure to industrial conditions including noise, temperature changes, and vibrationOccasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions
