Impactful Reentry Intervention Specialist

CPA Ct is looking for an Intervention Specialist in Waterbury to facilitate training sessions and assist clients from criminal justice backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, experience with this population, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral approaches and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are preferred. A commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace is also essential.
