This role focuses on service and maintenance sales, requiring a professional who can build lasting relationships with commercial clients, work closely with estimating and operations, and sell on value while protecting margins.What's in it for YouCompetitive base salary + commission structureCompany truck and gas cardHealth insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and advancementKey ResponsibilitiesPipeline Development & ProspectingProspect and develop new commercial roofing service and maintenance opportunities across assigned territoryBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of active opportunitiesConduct site visits, roof inspections, and client meetings to identify project scopesSales & Estimating CollaborationPrepare and present proposals and value-based solutions to commercial customersPartner with estimating and operations to ensure accurate scoping and smooth project deliveryClose sales while maintaining target gross marginsCustomer Relationship ManagementGrow long-term relationships with building owners, facility managers, and general contractorsMaintain accurate CRM updates and reliable sales forecastsQualificationsRequired3+ years of commercial roofing sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B construction sales with a proven track recordHistory of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of commercial roofing systems and scopes of workDisciplined approach to pipeline management and forecastingAbility to sell on value and protect marginsStrong communication, organizational, and client relationship skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites regularlyPreferredExisting relationships with building owners, property managers, or GCsExperience with CRM platforms for pipeline and activity trackingThank you for considering a career with Roof Technology Partners.
