Corporate Controller - Camarillo, CA (onsite) We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations for a multinational organization operating across manufacturing, commercial, and distribution environments. This role is responsible for IFRS compliance, multi-entity consolidation in USD, and maintaining strong internal controls across international operations. The Corporate Controller partners closely with senior leadership across operations, supply chain, tax, treasury, and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting, financial governance, and scalable processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead global accounting and financial reporting across multiple legal entities Ensure IFRS compliance, including revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, equity, and M&A accounting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidated financial statements Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting policies Lead, develop, and manage a global accounting team Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Manage global audits and support external tax and banking relationships Support post-acquisition accounting integration and systems alignment Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA required 10+ years of progressive controller or senior accounting leadership experience Experience supporting multinational manufacturing and/or distribution organizations Strong knowledge of IFRS and inventory costing (standard and FIFO) Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Proven leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $225,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
