Key Responsibilities:Oversee project controls and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure quality assurance and quality control tasks, including auditing and report writing, are completed timely.Lead the preparation of bids, and conduct contract and exhibit reviews during pre-construction phases.Maintain direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to provide project updates and resolve issues.Review cost reports and manage budget forecasts for equipment, materials, and labor, while overseeing project schedules and scopes. Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Project Management, preferably in commercial settings.Proficiency with Accubid estimating software; hands-on field experience is advantageous.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and scopes of work on multiple projects simultaneously.
