McDougall Company, Inc. 85-year-old metal fabricator in Nashville, TN is looking for a skilled CNC Punch Operator for our 2nd Shift operations, Monday through Friday 2:30pm - 11:00pm.RequirementsResponsible for daily set-up and operation of an advanced CNC Punch.Must be able to run machine at an operator’s levelAbility to set-up machine to produce an accurate part is a mustLoad material at MachineRead and have full understanding of mechanical drawings and part tolerancesUpload and run program from machine controllerPerform basic programming using the machine controllerPerform preventative maintenance schedules as required to keep machine working properlyProficient in first article, in-process, and final inspections of partsAbility to work with management to ensure finished products are produced in the safest, most efficient manner, while maintaining legendary quality and on-time deliveryResponsible for packaging parts per customer requirementsMonitor equipment and press tooling request external maintenance when requiredOperate fork lift and overhead crane as requiredAble to assist other operators, as a helper, on other machines is requiredAbility to run Trumpf and Safan-Darley equipment is a plusAbility to perform basic programming is a plusAbility to run other basic fabrication equipment is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay commensurate with experience: $18.00 - $27.00 per hourMedical, Vision, Dental InsuranceCompany sponsored Life and Long Term DisabilityVoluntary Short Term and Life policies offered401k with company match up to 4%PTOCompany sponsored Employee Assistance ProgramPlus MANY more!Drug-Free WorkplaceWe provide and require a drug-free workplace.
