CNC Machinist

Job Description :Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce precision parts that meet quality and specification requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage jobs from setup through completion. Examples of equipment we have are CNC press brake, WaterJet, Tormach CNC Mills and Lathes.DutiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machinesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSelect tooling, set offsets, and optimize machining processesMonitor machine operations to ensure quality output, making adjustments as necessary.Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions of finished products.Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Collaborate with team members on assembly line processes and workflow improvements.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.SkillsExperience programming and setting up CNC machines.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) for precise measurements.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within a factory or manufacturing facility setting.Experience with packaging processes for finished products.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Join our team as a CNC Machinist where your skills will contribute significantly to our production goals while advancing your career in the manufacturing industry!Company DescriptionWe are a machine and fabrication shop that specializes in prototyping ground service equipment.Company DescriptionWe are a machine and fabrication shop that specializes in prototyping ground service equipment.
