Quality Control Inspector / Engineer

Position Summary:Cubitek is seeking a motivated Quality Control professional to support inspection and quality assurance activities within our precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with a mechanical engineering degree (or equivalent) who is eager to learn and grow. We are willing to train the right individual. New graduates are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:Perform in-process and final inspections of machined and fabricated componentsInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specificationsUse precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain quality recordsAssist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming partsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and quality system complianceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalentBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and inspection methodsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and be trained in company-specific processes and systemsWhat We Offer:Hands-on training and developmentOpportunity to grow within a high-performance manufacturing teamCompetitive compensation and benefits including two weeks' vacation, five sick days, additional vacation week after 5 years, medical and dental plans, matching 401K plan along with annual profit sharing contribution.
