Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours Per weekShift: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pmLocation: Baltimore, MDJOB SUMMARY:The Senior Administrative Coordinator is a vital partner in driving departmental success, ensuring seamless operations and strong communication across Johns Hopkins Care at Home and with external vendors and partners. Based in the executive office, this role offers close collaboration with senior leadership and high visibility across the organization. In this role, you'll take ownership of high-level administrative functions, including drafting and refining complex communications, managing reports, and implementing streamlined office procedures that enhance efficiency and timeliness. You'll also serve as a trusted resource to administrative and clerical staff, offering guidance and support, while working closely with leadership and reporting directly to a Director.In addition, you'll play a central role in day-to-day operations-managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and organizing key documents and records. As a hub for communication, you'll connect teams, support presentations and departmental initiatives, and help move projects forward. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
