Behavior Technician Childcare Experience Needed

No certification required! Build your career while making a positive impact every day!Schedule & PayJob Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours)Hours: Availability required all weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Sessions will be scheduled within this timeframe based on client needs.Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needsDaily pay access available so you can get paid as you earnCompensation: $21.50-$27/hrBonus: Spanish speakers earn an additional $0.50/hr.We'll help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - earn an additional $0.50 an hour upon completion.What You’ll NeedHigh School Diploma or GED completed6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer — babysitting counts!)Reliable car, driver’s license, and insuranceWillingness to pass background and health checksSuccessful completion of mandatory training which includes: New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps.
