Daily responsibilities include safely operating company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and presentable. The role also involves managing logistics, overseeing transportation operations, and coordinating schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to ensure overall efficiency and client satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in operating trucks and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong customer service and communication skills to provide a high standard of client experienceKnowledge of transportation processes, including truckload shipping and logistics coordinationExperience in Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and streamline transportation activitiesExceptional time management, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with local Nashville area routes and destinationsFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on client needsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in transportation or management are a plusPrior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is strongly preferred
