US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only!An IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's IT assets, which include hardware, software, and network resources. The role involves tracking and maintaining an accurate inventory of assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, optimizing asset utilization, and supporting procurement processes. Key responsibilities include Inventory Management, Compliance and Licensing, Procurement Support, Cost Optimization, Lifecycle Management and Reporting and Analysis.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage inventory of hardware assets and/or software licenses to sure compliance with IT Asset Management ControlsEnsure effective and accurate management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)Receive assets and ensure delivery to correct locationsManage lifecycle of hardware and software models from their introduction to their retirementGenerate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and Configuration Items (Cis) and perform trend analysesAudit software assets license contracts and hardware assets against actual inventoryEstablish and maintain documentation of proceduresTake part in other ITSM processes, or as required, perform as a back up to maintain operational activitiesAdditional Responsibilities As NeededIT Vending Machine inventory and restockingAssist with the Change and Configuration Management ProcessMonitor shared mailboxesAssist with On/Offboarding of Bank EmployeesMonitor the ServiceNow Incident and Service Request QueuesDemonstrates Business Analyst skills such as analytical thinking and problem solvingPossesses strong teamwork skills and the ability to build and work collaboratively within and across work teamsPossesses general business acumenStrong customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work well effectively on a team as well as independently with limited supervision Ability to grasp the essence of new technical conceptsOther Requirements And Physical RequirementsAbility to communicate with customers, management and coworkers. Regular use of collaboration tools for communication is essential. Some moderately heavy lifting (of computers, monitors, printers, etc.) may be requiredEducation And ExperienceBachelor's degree required or related experienceMinimum of 3 years demonstrated experienceCertification in ITIL Service Management and/or IT Asset Management (IAITAM) preferred ServiceNow experience is essentialListed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
