Solon, OH | Onsite/Hybrid-Eligible (3/2)Overview At Kestrel Vision, we design and manufacture advanced inspection systems used by leading manufacturers around the world. We're seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support the flow of materials and finished goods across our supply chain, helping to ensure timely movement, accurate tracking, and reliable coordination between internal teams and external partners. It is a hands‑on coordination role focused on shipment execution, inventory transactions, documentation, and carrier communication within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing logistics documentation, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting communication between internal teams, third‑party manufacturing partners, warehouses, and transportation providers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments between manufacturing partners, warehouses, and customersSchedule transportation and work directly with carriers and freight providersTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, damages, and delivery issuesMonitor inventory levels and ensure accurate transactions within the ERP systemPrepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and related recordsSupport inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution activitiesCollaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Customer Service teamsTrack freight costs and support logistics performance reportingParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and service levelsRequirementsAssociate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, inventory, shipping/receiving, or a related coordination roleExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailExperience coordinating with carriers, freight providers, suppliers, or manufacturing partners is preferredWe're an equal opportunity employer.
