Principal Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Engagement Manager to drive fundraising outcomes through effective donor outreach and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Manage donor outreach and maintain high-quality call lists for major donors Oversee the movement of donors through the fundraising pipeline and identify stalled opportunities Ensure accountability and follow-through across the team, including senior staff Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in nonprofit or political fundraising or related roles Experience with major donor pipelines and principal-driven outreach processes Strong judgment in prioritizing donor opportunities CRM experience and comfort using data to inform decisions Excellent organizational and project management skills in fast-paced environments
