We are building a new kind of law firm.About the RoleWe are hiring a Managing Attorney to lead all legal operations. This is a senior leadership position focused on legal strategy, case oversight, and shaping how a modern PI practice operates from the ground up. You will not be buried in case administration. The operational, marketing, and technology infrastructure is already built and staffed.Your focus will be on the law itself and the decisions that drive outcomes.This is a high-visibility role. You will be the legal face of a company that is positioning itself at the forefront of how personal injury law is practiced. Expect press coverage, industry attention, and a platform that extends well beyond a typical firm.Responsibilities• Lead legal strategy across the firm’s personal injury caseload• Make case-level decisions on intake qualification, liability evaluation, and settlement strategy• Advise on the design and buildout of legal workflows and case management processes• Oversee outside counsel relationships and co-counsel arrangements as the practice scales• Ensure compliance with all applicable rules of professional conduct• Collaborate with the executive team on firm growth, market expansion, and practice developmentQualifications• Active bar license (Texas preferred, willingness to waive in accepted)• 3 to 7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience• Demonstrated experience in case strategy, from intake through resolution• Experience managing or supervising attorneys, paralegals, or legal staff• Comfort operating in a technology-driven, fast-moving environment• Entrepreneurial mindset.
