Apply via Dice today!Our direct client is seeking an experienced Procore Implementation Specialist with following experience and qualification.Title: Procore Implementation SpecialistLocation: Miami, FL (Remote but 20% travel at client site)Duration: 6-12 months (Contract to Hire)Job Summary: The Procore Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Procore platform. This role requires extensive experience in project management, supporting PMO organizations, and a deep understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Procore implementation, including requirements and design, setup and data conversion, and training and administration. Experience with Engineering and Construction companies is essential.Key Responsibilities:Procore Implementation:Lead the end-to-end implementation of Procore, including requirements gathering, system design, setup, and data conversion.Configure Procore to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.Support PMO Organizations:Collaborate with PMO teams to align project objectives and deliverables.Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members.Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies and standards.SDLC Phases:Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.Procore Expertise:Utilize Procore for document management, QA/QC processes, financial tracking, and time entry.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Procore functionalityStay updated on the latest Procore features and enhancements.Team Leadership and Rollout:Lead the implementation team and manage the rollout of the Procore system to various regions and projects.Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout plan to ensure successful adoption across multiple locations.Monitor and report on the progress of the implementation and address any challenges that arise.Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.Extensive experience with Procore implementation and support.Strong project management skills with experience in supporting PMO organizations.In-depth knowledge of all SDLC phases.Proficiency in Procore modules, including Document Management, QA/QC, Financials, and Time Entry.Experience working with Engineering and Construction companies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Please provide your resume and information regarding your current location, availability, and compensation expectations with your reply.
