Construction Superintendent

Fast growing commercial construction company in business since 1981 is looking for a construction superintendent to handle upcoming commercial construction projects. DD&B Construction Inc. is selective in its hiring and is looking for someone whom can fit the organizations culture of hard-work, honesty, and professionalism. Position: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT Site Location: Onsite within Uvalde Texas Main Office Location: San Antonio Texas Federal Government Project Fish Hatchery Road Construction Start: Immediate Major Duties/Responsibilities: Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications Quality Control experience Experience with interacting with project management of commercial construction projects Coordinate and monitor subcontractors Make purchase orders and product scheduling Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules Responsible for interfacing with project owners Walk jobsite and verify quality and rough ins Review and handle shop drawings process Complete jobsite control of deliveries, scheduling subcontractors, and inspections Contact architect and engineers for RFI’s or questions Main point of contact for project inquiries and responsibilities from overall project perspective Qualifications: Government site work and site related construction experience Knowledge and ability to read and understand construction specs and drawings Compensation: Negotiable with Great benefits and flexible hours Job Type: Full-time Application Questions You have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions: How many years of Construction experience do you have?
