AI Program Manager
Overview
Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) programs in support of client strategy. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide the activities of junior employees.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering AI, data science, or machine learning projects
Experience with stakeholder engagement and interacting with senior executives or Flag Officers
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and help lead a team
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and writing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW)
Experience with Agile methodologies or software project management tools, including ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence
Knowledge of project and program management practices in a DoD setting
Master's degree
SAFe Program Consultant Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Security Clearance

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
