Griffin Infrastructure values teamwork, professional growth, and a positive work environment, making it an excellent place to advance your career in civil construction.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a crew of operators and laborers in grading operations for heavy civil construction projectsCoordinate daily activities including clearing, excavation, rough grading, fine grading, soil stabilization, and site preparationInterpret and implement project plans and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately and efficientlyMaintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestonesMonitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulationsEnsure quality control throughout all phases of grading operationsCommunicate effectively with project managers, crew members, and other stakeholdersFacilitate the mobilization of your crew to project sites as neededQualificationsThree (3+) or more years of experience as a foreman on heavy civil grading projectsStrong knowledge of grading operations, site preparation, and earthworkProficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specificationsExperience operating and overseeing heavy equipmentFamiliarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practicesProven ability to coordinate crews and maintain production schedulesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to mobilize and manage an established crew of operators and laborersBenefitsPaid vacation and holidays401(k) with company matchingFlexible spending programHealth and dental insuranceOpportunities for advancement and professional growthPositive company culture
