Outside Sales Rep - Print Services

Job Description Job Summary:The UPS Store #2903 in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Rep for our Print Services department. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, offering excellent opportunities for growth and advancement in the PCS industry. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, networking, and building strong relationships with clients in the West Chester and surrounding areas.Compensation and Benefits:In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary with the potential to earn additional commission based on sales performance.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business for Print ServicesIdentify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and referralsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clientsConduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Print ServicesPrepare and deliver quotes and proposals to clients in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal team members to coordinate and fulfill client requestsKeep informed about industry trends, products, and services to maintain a competitive edgeAchieve sales targets and contribute to team goalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredMinimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the PCS or printing industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationEEOC Statement:The UPS Store #2903 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
