Marketing Content Associate

NewCo Capital Group is looking for a Marketing Content Associate to support our lifecycle, growth, and revenue marketing initiatives in the funding and business financing industry.This role is ideal for a strong writer and hands-on marketing generalist who can help create, execute, and track campaigns across email, SMS, cold outreach, blogs, newsletters, partner communications, and other marketing materials.The person in this role will work closely with our Lifecycle & Growth Manager, Sales, Brand, and Operations teams to turn campaign ideas, product priorities, and existing materials into clear, polished, and conversion-focused content.Responsibilities include:Drafting email and SMS campaigns, newsletters, nurture sequences, and follow-up communicationsCreating cold email campaigns and outbound messaging for merchant, partner, broker, ISO, and referral audiencesWriting blogs, SEO content, case studies, landing page copy, and campaign materialsAdapting messaging by audience, product, segment, lifecycle stage, and channelUploading, formatting, and supporting campaign setup in HubSpot, Braze, or similar platformsAssisting with campaign QA, scheduling, launch coordination, and post-launch monitoringSupporting basic list segmentation, campaign organization, CRM hygiene, and workflow updatesPreparing campaign performance summaries and tracking email, SMS, and content resultsOrganizing marketing assets, templates, briefs, and campaign documentationRequirements:Strong English writing skillsExperience writing B2B emails, cold emails, blogs, newsletters, or marketing contentExperience or understanding of funding, financing, fintech, business lending, or financial servicesAbility to explain SME funding and financial products clearlyComfortable working with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar toolsOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasksBasic understanding of email marketing, SMS campaigns, segmentation, CRM organization, and campaign reportingSalary Range: 55 - 65K
