AI Project Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI & Innovation Project Manager to lead cutting-edge initiatives that enhance legal services through innovative technology solutions. This pivotal role involves collaborating with top legal professionals and executive leaders to drive the firm’s AI adoption, streamline workflows, and elevate client service standards. Join a forward-looking team dedicated to transforming the legal industry with innovative strategies and technological excellence.Compensation: Range based on location and experience, up to $120,000 - 185,000**Open to candidates outside of Boston, must be based in the USResponsibilities:Oversee and coordinate AI and innovation projects, establishing clear scopes and managing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.Act as the primary liaison for all innovation and AI-related activities, ensuring successful project execution.Analyze emerging legal technologies to identify integration opportunities and support the firm’s competitive position.Foster collaboration among attorneys, management, and cross-disciplinary teams to champion AI adoption and celebrate success stories.Craft detailed roadmaps for AI integration, outlining immediate and long-term implementation plans.Collaborate with practice groups to identify new technological tools and optimize resource management and operational workflows.Create marketing content, industry submissions, and client-facing presentations to showcase innovation efforts.Design and facilitate training sessions focused on legal resources, emerging technologies, AI, and innovation tools.Promote a culture of innovation across the firm by proactively identifying technological solutions to legal operational challenges.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.Four to eight years of experience within the legal industry a plus, with comprehensive knowledge of legal workflows.Strong understanding of emerging technologies, AI solutions, and legal tech markets.Proven ability to analyze data, develop practical use cases, and translate them into system requirements.Self-motivated with sound judgment and excellent project management and research capabilities.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.Demonstrated alignment with core values of innovation and excellence; willingness to travel as needed.Our Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
