Car Wash Manager

Overview We are seeking a Car Wash Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, possess excellent attention to detail and have excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities -Assist Operations Manager with daily operations of the car wash -Assist customers at pay stations -Handle customer complaints -Manage 8-10 employees -Open and close location -Handle cash counting and deposits -Preform daily maintenance on equipment -Check and change chemicals as needed -Detail vehicles throughly and to customer satisfaction Qualifications - Experience in automotive detailing, car wash, service industry or custodial work preferred - Ability to drive various types of vehicles - Knowledge of window tinting, buffing, and detailing techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to clean vehicles thoroughly - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Overtime License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Painesville, OH (Required) Work Location: In person
