The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering products to customer locations according to scheduled routes and delivery instructions. Daily tasks include verifying orders, inspecting the vehicle for safety and cleanliness, completing required delivery documentation, and handling materials with care. The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, addressing basic service questions, and communicating any delivery issues to the operations team. The Delivery Driver may assist with warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, preparing orders, and, if certified, operating material-handling equipment.Qualifications Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients.Forklift Operation and material-handling skills, including safe loading and unloading practices, are strongly preferred.Training and Sales experience to support product knowledge, explain offerings, and assist with basic upselling when appropriate.Familiarity with Food & Beverage handling standards, including safe transport and product care, is beneficial.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements.Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and materials as part of daily delivery and warehouse activities.Dependable time management, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations.High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
