Senior Transformation Analyst, Data & Value

Overview As a Senior Transformation Analyst, you will underpin the company’s top cross-functional transformation programs with rigorous financial and operational modeling. You will partner with Finance, IT, and business units to build business cases, dashboards, and decision-ready insights that unlock value realization. Your work spans data modeling, automation, and executive storytelling to enable fast, evidence-based leadership decisions. ResponsibilitiesTranslate complex issues into analytical questions and decision criteria; own transformation business cases.Build financial and operational models covering revenue, margins, costs, cash, inventory, and capacity.Conduct diagnostic, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to quantify tradeoffs for management decisions.Develop and maintain data models; automate data preparation and analysis using SQL, Python, and advanced spreadsheet techniques.Design dashboards and decision-support tools for executives and transformation teams using BI platforms.Define benefit baselines, track realization, and ensure transparency; embed metrics into recurring processes.Collaborate with Finance, IT, data engineering, and business leaders to validate assumptions and refresh models. Key requirementsBachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline5+ years in financial analytics, business analytics, transformation, FP&A, or related rolesProven ability to build business cases and complex financial/operational modelsAdvanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik or similarSQL proficiency; Python and scripting for data preparation and automationAbility to reconcile large datasets and explain methods to varied stakeholdersStrong executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and ownershipExperience with ERP, EPM, CRM, data warehouse, or enterprise performance management systemsexecutive communicationcross-functional collaborationownershipPower BITableauOracle Analytics Cloud
