Responsibilities will include:Lead and inspire the culinary team with passion and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of food, hospitality, and teamworkExecute and uphold all recipes, specs, and plating standards, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentationOversee daily prep and production, including station setup and batch production to support smooth, on-time serviceManage ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies, keeping product levels aligned with business needs and minimizing shortages and wasteMonitor food handling, storage, labeling, and cleanliness to maintain a safe, organized kitchen and full health department complianceWork hands-on on the line and in prep, coaching in real time and helping the team deliver an excellent guest experienceCommunicate product needs and prep priorities to the GM and culinary leadership, supporting clear execution across shiftsYour Qualifications:2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef for a $4M+ casual full-service restaurant/pizzeriaStrong understanding of prep, production, and station execution, with consistent follow through on recipes and standardsExperience with ordering and basic inventory to keep ingredients and supplies on handFood safety knowledge and commitment to cleanliness, organization, and health code complianceEmotionally intelligent, humble, and composed under pressurePizza experience is requiredSpanish speaking skills highly desired EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
