The Commercial Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including lease administration and tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and managing budgets and financial performance. This role requires proactive communication with tenants, vendors, and property owners to address concerns, negotiate leases, and handle property-related issues effectively. The manager will also focus on maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring properties operate efficiently.QualificationsExperience in Lease Administration, Lease Negotiations, and managing leasing contractsStrong knowledge and application of Property Management principles and industry best practicesProficiency in handling Leases, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring complianceExcellent Communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, property owners, and vendorsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferredProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in commercial property management is highly valued
