Production Supervisor

Core Duties Oversee everyday manufacturing tasks to guarantee that production timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met. Inspire and mentor your team members to help them reach their full potential and maintain high performance. Optimize production workflows by evaluating processes and implementing necessary adjustments to increase overall output. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by performing routine checks of machinery and workspaces. Work alongside the Maintenance and Quality Assurance teams to resolve any operational challenges that arise. Standardize operational workflows by creating and upholding procedures that drive better productivity. Track and document production metrics to pinpoint performance patterns and opportunities for process refinement. Ensure new hires are fully prepared by providing comprehensive training on safety standards and production techniques. Required Qualifications Demonstrated history of success in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing facility. Comprehensive grasp of manufacturing workflows and established quality control protocols. Strong capabilities in leading and managing diverse teams. Help the company achieve better results by utilizing data analysis to drive informed operational decisions. Familiarity with industry-standard safety regulations and best practices for manufacturing plants. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Competency in Microsoft Office and specialized production management software. High school diploma or GED; a relevant degree is considered an advantage.
