Personal Assistant/Caregiver

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personalized care at their houses. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings and possess a compassionate and patient-centered approach. **Duties:** - Provide personalized care and support based on individual needs - Assist with daily activities such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation - Monitor and administer medications as needed - Coordinate appointments and accompany individuals to medical visits - Engage in activities that promote physical and mental well-being - Maintain a clean and organized living environment - Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers **Requirements:** - Experience in childcare, hospice care, or senior care is preferred - Knowledge of first aid procedures and patient care techniques - Understanding of resident rights and behavioral management principles - Ability to provide compassionate care with empathy and respect - Valid driver's license for transportation needs.
